Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled flooring Installer to join our team. As a flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of resinous materials in residential, industrial and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of our clients needs. Tasks include everything from floor preparation to a seamless installation. We stress quality and are not willing to have anything negatively impact are end results.
Responsibilities:
-Arrive on time & ready to complete job for the day
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself & co-workers
- Prepare substrates by diamond grinding
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions with client.
Requirements
- Construction background/ basic safety skills is a plus
-Ability to work in a team/ follow instructions for success on the job site
-Willingness to learn/ grown within the company
-Drivers license
-Ability to lift 50 Lbs consistently
