- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote the branch's services and increase market share.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement strategies to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, patients, and their families, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality enhancement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Develop and manage the branch's financial budget, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of leadership experience within the home healthcare or healthcare industry required
- 3 years of home care operations experience required
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required
