We expect applicants to:
- Perform work efficiently and precisely, keeping mistakes and comebacks to an absolute minimum.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to support our team.
- Diagnose malfunction lights, leaks, noises, electrical issues, and other problems identified by customers.
- Thoroughly inspect each vehicle looking out for safety or preventable issues that might impact our customers.
- Complete work self sufficiently.
- Solid foundational skills in automotive service and repair.
- Organization & cleanliness -- this is not a dirty shop!
- Strong communication between team members.
- Time management to handle busy work days.
- Commission & bonus structure based on performance.
