Daytime Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and food pairings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Hours are Fri 11-5, sat 11-8 and sunday 11-5. Hourly pay mention plus tips! Holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of various types of beverages, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
