Key Responsibilities:
Safety Monitoring:
- Supervise swimmers and facility areas to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Monitor pool activity and ensure all patrons adhere to safety rules and guidelines.
Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including water rescues, CPR, and administering first aid.
- Alert management and emergency services as needed during critical situations.
Facility Maintenance:
- Inspect pool equipment and facilities for cleanliness and safety.
- Report any hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Customer Service:
- Greet patrons and provide assistance or information as required.

Qualifications:
