The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Director (Contract) who excels at client relationship management, project leadership, and operational strategy. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Build and nurture exceptional client relationships, ensuring alignment with their vision and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client work, leveraging strong project management skills to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that empower the team to deliver their best work, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and impact in the social impact and advocacy space.

You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering excellence in client services and team leadership. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring:

- 8 years of experience in account management or project leadership roles, preferably in the creative, advocacy, or social impact sectors.
- Expertise in building and maintaining high-trust client relationships.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with a focus on process improvement and team efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
