We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and discovery among children.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to guide children's actions.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and communicating with parents regarding their child's growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
