Supporting students while implementing ABA practices and following a behavior intervention plan. Interventionists will be a part of an ABA team, following instructions and guidance by a BCBA.
Pay based upon experience starting at $18-$24 an hour.

Responsibilities:
Supporting students while implementing ABA practices and following a behavior intervention plan. Interventionists will be a part of an ABA team, following instructions and guidance by a BCBA.
Pay based upon experience starting at $18-$24 an hour.
- Provide-one-to-one ABA Interventions and other research-based intervention strategies.
- Consistently and reliably implement behavior plans as written by the BCBA.
- Maintain accurate records of a child’s performance via data collection and daily notes.
- Applicants must be available week days between 7:30-3:30, depending on week day.
- RBT or 1 year experience preferred
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education or another related field
- Experience in implementing ABA services is preferred. A commitment and willingness to learn is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be available in the afternoon and evenings and some morning hours and weekends may be available
- Follow the ethical and professional guidelines set forth by the BACB and apply best practices in the field of ABA.
- Supervision is available for those seeking or maintaining BCBA/BCaBA/RBT Certification
- Potential for growth
- Rate increase after 90 days, based on performance
