Position: Client Care Supervisor
We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Client Care Supervisor to help ensure the wellbeing of our clients' and caregivers’ while following state regulations. In this role, you'll focus on client and caregiver relationships, care plan oversight and community marketing/sales. This will include conducting assessments for potential clients in order to understand their needs.
This person must have a heart for seniors and wants to be a part of ensuring they have quality care in their later years. We are seeking someone with good job stability that enjoys working autonomously (self directed without a lot of supervision) as well as with a supportive team, and enjoys the intricacies of putting together a puzzle (our schedule is very much like a puzzle at times).
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Evenings or weekends may be required at times in emergency situations, assessments that can not be done during the week or caregiver/client introductions.
Responsibilities (this is not a complete list of job duties) :
- Coordinate scheduling of client visits in our software system
- Be a focal point of communications with caregivers and clients
- Match the right caregivers to the right clients
- · Maintain strong relationships with current clients
- Monitor clients' health conditions and needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns
- Be responsible for the well-being of both the clients and the caregivers through regular visits
- Perform client assessment and provide caregiver training and oversight to ensure the care plan is implemented; make changes to care plan as indicated
- Keep accurate client documentation
- Handling basic business needs such as: late clock ins, shift changes, and other non-urgent matters
- Assist with HR functions such as hiring/recruiting and orientation
- Assist with delegated admistrative tasks
- Covering shifts in emergencies with our In Home Care and/ or Cluster Care Clients
- Be a part of our On Call support team, handling on call duties one week per month
- Assist with supervision of client's to ensure their care plan goals are being met and client's are satisified with services
- Identify opportunities to increase billable hours and services
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
- Assist in supervion of caregivers to ensure they are following established care plans, adhering to company policies and feel supported in their role
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A “people-person” who’s able to remain pleasant and considerate under stress
- Attention to detail
- Teachable
- Customer-focused with a passion for quality care
- Must have valid WA driver’s license and insured automobile and be able to pass a criminal background check
- Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role preferred but not required
- Prior experience as a caregiver
- HCA or CNA preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
