A Better Solution In Home Care is hiring Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Care Aides to provide compassionate care and assistance to our wonderful clients in their homes. As a member of our caregiving team, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by helping with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health
- Document daily care activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both the client and yourself
- Communicate with the care team
Requirements:
- Active CNA, HCA, or willingness to be certified within 200 days of hire
- Prior caregiving experience is highly preferred
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
