- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Support clients with mobility challenges by assisting them with walking or transferring between locations.
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring a safe environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care or home health is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
