Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions or behaviors to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support individuals with dementia or autism by implementing personalized care plans tailored to their specific needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Cook nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences of clients.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing home care or hospice care is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of vital sign monitoring techniques and patient observation practices.
- Ability to work compassionately with individuals experiencing dementia or autism.
