Duties
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
