Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver or CNA:
As a vital member of our care team, you’ll be responsible for providing personal and compassionate assistance to clients in their own homes. Your primary goal is to support their independence and enhance their quality of life.
Duties include:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- Safely transferring and assisting clients with mobility (must be able to lift 100 lbs)
- Monitoring and documenting any changes in physical condition, mental state, or behavior
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and care coordinators
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the client

What You’ll Need:
- CNA certification (preferred but not required for caregiver positions)
- Previous experience providing care, especially with ADLs- AT LEAST 2 YEARS
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
