What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver(HHA) – Male Client in Winter Haven position at A Better Solution?
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist a male client with diabetes and neuropathy who requires ambulation assistance and fall prevention (uses a cane or walker).
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 5-hour shifts after 10 AM (15 hours per week)

Responsibilities:.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Showering/bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, shaving
✔ Provide mobility support and fall prevention
✔ Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping, including:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
- Laundry & bedding changes
- Sanitizing kitchen & bathroom
- Washing dishes & taking out trash
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in English
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
6. A Good Attitude!
