Seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for a gentleman with Alzheimer's Disease needed 20 hrs a week.

Responsibilities:.
- Assist with all aspects of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Provide safe and supportive assistance with transfers, utilizing a Hoyer lift when necessary.
- Assist with ambulation and fall prevention, including occasional use of a wheelchair.
- Prepare meals or assist with meal preparation.
- Provide gentle companionship and engage the client in calming activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in English and Spanish
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
6. A Good Attitude!
