Crew members are responsible for:
- Working with the team to produce excellent and profitable product
- When applicable, teaching and training team members to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved
- Understanding and meeting production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
- Maintaining and caring for company equipment, tools and vehicles
- Following job-site and vehicle safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and orderly job site including the office yard and company vehicles
- Perform all tasks associated within landscape maintenance, which include pruning, planting, weeding, mulching, raking, cleaning, etc.
- Use and maintain gas powered equipment such as blowers, hedge trimmers, mowers, weed trimmers, etc.
- Attend training classes and seminars as requested by Field Manager.
Experienced required:
- This job ranges from entry-level to experienced. Experience is always preferred but we will train the right person!
- Self-motivated and able to problem solve on the fly
- Professional in appearance and actions
- Detail oriented and quality driven
- Must be well organized with an ability to multi-task
- Absolute essential ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Landscape industry certification is a huge plus.
