Are you a natural leader with a passion for making a difference? A Brighter Future ABI is hiring a Residential Supervisor to guide our dedicated team of Residential Life Skills Trainers. In this key leadership role, you'll ensure exceptional residential care, foster staff development, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our participants.
Your Impact:
As a primary leadership figure, you will:
- Lead & Mentor: Train, coach, and provide constructive feedback to our Residential Life Skills Trainers. Conduct regular supervisory observations, evaluations, and performance reviews to ensure high standards of care.
- Ensure Quality Participant Care: Oversee the implementation of person-centered care plans—facilitating community outings, in-home therapeutic activities, and daily living skills development. Monitor medication administration and track participant progress in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
- Manage Facility Excellence: Regularly inspect residences to guarantee they are clean, safe, and regulatory compliant. Manage routine equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Streamline Administration: Supervise timely documentation, from daily updates and progress notes to incident reports and compliance paperwork. Ensure that all records and reports meet deadlines and regulatory standards.
- Drive Compliance & Safety: Uphold agency policies and state/federal regulations, conduct regular compliance checks, and lead safety drills. Work closely with the Residential Director to address and resolve any compliance gaps.
- Foster Team Communication: Act as a liaison between families, case managers, therapists, and staff. Organize regular staff meetings, lead interdisciplinary team discussions, and maintain open lines of communication to support seamless participant care.
- Exemplify Professionalism: Model punctuality, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training to elevate our service delivery.

Qualifications:
