WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC AND COMPASSIONATE SCHEDULER WITH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BACKGROUND TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN THE HOMECARE DEPARTMENT!!
We are searching for a Scheduler who has experience working in fast past homecare setting and possess information technology background. The Scheduler's primary function is to schedule and manage the flow of client care, ensuring that quality service is provided, and patient satisfaction is being met. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as maintaining schedules for home healthcare aides, accurately entering client and staff information into a database, technical support (i.e. notes from client/aide visits, updating changes in schedules, communicating with clients/aides on a daily basis, assist software issues, maintenance, and development). Scheduler would routinely audit chart records for accuracy. The Scheduler should be able to provide good customer service and build professional relationships with clients/aides.
Qualifications Needed For This Job Are :

- High School Diploma
- Experience in Customer Service
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of basic scheduling
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands in a timely fashion
- Ability to connect with various types of clients/aides
- Ability to critically think
- Good multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Caregiver/Client Scheduling
- Determining the appropriate caregiver(s) for each client
- Communicate all changes to the finalized schedule to affected Caregivers, Care Managers and clients (as requested) the day they are changed.
- Facilitates telephone and faxed physician orders to the appropriate homecare partner and notifies patients/caregivers of order changes.
