Job Duties
- Responsible for normal day-to-day reception operations for the office, greeting patients, checking patients in/out
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify areas for improvement in patient interactions and services.
- Assists new patients with registration and insurance verification
- Serve as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to enhance relationships.
- Collect and post patient payments.
- Answer phones, check voicemails and build provider schedules
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Dental experience
- 1 year or more office experience
- Customer service or patient relations experience
- Must be able to adapt easily and work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
