As a Nursing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients, overseeing and supporting RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants, and ensuring compliance with quality indicators. You'll work collaboratively with our team to further our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to clinic patients under the supervision of a provider
Oversee and support RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants (excluding RN Care Managers)
Ensure compliance with quality indicators identified by governing bodies and internally
Assist providers with patient exams and gather patient history
Set up and draw necessary labs and perform special procedures as requested
Provide patient education and counseling as needed
Obtain medical records from outside providers
Work collaboratively with team members to further the vision and mission of the health care center
Demonstrate interest in long-term and short-term goals and objectives of the organization
Complete supervisee's performance evaluations, training plans, and supervision records
Maintain a climate that attracts, keeps, and motivates a staff of top-quality people
Interview, hire, and train new site personnel and ensure supervisory staff are equipped to participate in the interview and selection process
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses
Licensed as a RN in Indiana
Two years of experience as a RN in a physician office setting highly desired
· OR
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for practical Nurses
Licensed as an LPN in Indiana
Three years of experience as an LPN in a physician office setting highly desired
BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
Additional Qualifications:
· Must be willing to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in
· Must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve
· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check
Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
· Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
