The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an RPA Developer who will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or 1-3 years' related experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for RPA projects
- Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automation workflows to automate repetitive and manual processes
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Optimize existing automation processes to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity gains
- Adhere to best practices in RPA development, ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and process documentation for RPA projects
- Assist in the deployment and support of RPA solutions in production environments
- Collaborate with other business units to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and advancements, incorporating them into automation projects when appropriate
- Provide support to end-users and fellow team members on UiPath tools and best practices
Qualifications
- 1-3 years' similar or related experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or comparable experience required
- UiPath Automation Developer Associate certification (UiADA)
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification (UiADP) is preferred
- Proven experience as a UiPath Developer with a track record of successful RPA implementations
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET, and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and automate complex workflows
