The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior FP&A Analyst. Ideal candidates will posses a strong FP&A background with experience using a cash management forecasting model.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting and forecasting process including aligning strategic objectives to operation plans
- Perform budget versus actual analysis with variance identification
- Manage and maintain a cash flow model
- Create financial reports including performance metrics and compliance documents and present to Management and Stakeholders
- Create and analyze profitability reports to support pricing and product strategies
- Identify operational deficiencies and provide recommendations for cost reduction methods
Qualifications
Education Required
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
- Masters degree or CPA preferred
Experience Required
- 4 years of FP&A experience including using a cash management forecasting tool
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex financial data and providing recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vLookups
- Experience presenting and making recommendations to management
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or retail environment is a plus
