Ideal candidates must have extensive Workday experience that can work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of end to end scalable solutions that align with the goals, technology strategies, and project requirements for the organization
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for specific projects
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and understanding of goals
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments of proposed solutions
- Keep up with industry trends and technologies to inform solution design and architecture decisions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Conduct project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, achievements, and potential challenges
- Manage relationships and collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards through team collaboration
- Support team development by providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Maintain documentation of technology processes, decisions, and project milestones.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Experience
- 5-10 years of extensive WorkDay experience is highly desired
- Must be able to understand, coordinate, design, and implement technology solutions and strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the organization.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) preferred
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
- Industry-specific experience, especially in Construction, is an advantage
