Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Contract/Contract to Hire

Shift: 11pm-7am (Sunday-Thursday)

Work Authorization: No Sponsorship

 

The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate need for a Technical Support Analyst position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all equipment complies to standards
  • Inventory of PCs
  • Shipping/receiving of PCs
  • Deploy equipment to new hires and end users
  • Assist with equipment refresh
  • Facilitate support tickets 
  • Assist with incident resolution

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of PC Support experience
  • Experience with WIN 10 and MS Office
  • Experience with PCs utilizing SCCM
  • Experience with handling PC Refreshes as scheduled
