A&C Plastics, a leading plastic distributor for over 50 years, is looking for a skilled and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. If you thrive on building relationships, exceeding sales goals, and uncovering new opportunities, we want to meet you!

About the Role :

  • Position : Business Development Representative
  • Location : Houston, TX (100% fully onsite; no remote work)
  • Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
  • Compensation : Competitive base salary Commission Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

What You'll Do :

  • New Business Development : Identify, engage, and secure new clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation : Research and pursue new business leads and opportunities.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Process Management : Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to closing deals.
  • Achieve Results : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
  • What You Bring :

  • Sales Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Growth Mindset : Ambitious and self-driven with a passion for personal and professional growth.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to engage, persuade, and connect with clients on a professional level.
  • Problem-Solving Ability : Proactively address customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration : Work effectively in a dynamic team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales / business development.
  • Preferred : Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus!
