What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Service Technician position at A C POOL & SPA SERVICE?
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
-Installing new products and test them to make sure working properly
-Educating the client on how to use and maintain equipment
- Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance and provide good customer service
-Diagnose and report any issues to office
-Fill out detailed weekly reports on services performed
-Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
-Build and maintain relationships with customers
Qualifications
-Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
-Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills as well as critical thinking
-Working knowledge of the equipment and tools needed for the job
-Ability to work efficiently without supervision
-Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
-Driver's license and reliable transportation
-Ability to effectively manage time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
