We have a team of dedicated caregivers, Home Healthcare Specialist and operational staff that includes highly professional clinical nurses. So, join the team!
We are currently hiring Home Healthcare Specialist who are outstanding with verbal and interpersonal skills. The candidates will communicate with our clients/client representatives and Caregivers daily. Other duties may include:
§ Screening, hiring and onboarding new caregivers
§ Scheduling caregivers with our clients
§ Planning and organizing clients' schedules and visits
§ Documenting and resolving issues and incidents reported by clients, caregivers and case managers
§ Checking on Members Daily
§ Making sure that the Caregivers know exactly what is expected of them
§ Going over Policy and Procedure with Caregivers
§ Rotating Weekends on Call with a day off during the week
§ Assist in providing Home Care services when caregiver is unavailable
The ideal candidates will be organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling several important tasks. Candidate must also be able to work in a team environment, be punctual, exercise patience and self-control while working under pressure. Attention to detail and high-quality work production is imperative.
Requirements for the job are as follows:
§ Current CPR/First Aid and TB Skin Test
§ Fingerprint Background Check (Administered by FieldPrint)
§ Computer Knowledge with Microsoft experience
§ Caregiver Experience
§ Knowledge of Medicaid Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP), Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP) and Georgia Pediatric Program GAPP
