About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at A Caring Alternative, LLC. As a licensed clinician, you will provide intensive clinical therapeutic services to clients with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services using evidence-based practices in a person-centered manner
- Participate in creation of Person-Centered Plan (PCP) meetings and amend as required by consumer needs
- Consult with contractual physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and community providers as it pertains to treatment
- Enter notes into electronic health record within set deadlines
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field
- At least one year experience with the mental health population
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
