Job Description:
- Provide intensive clinical therapeutic services to clients with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Document client progress and outcomes in electronic health records
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field
- At least one year experience with the mental health population
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
