A Qualified Professional provides intensive therapeutic services in our Day Treatment program. We are looking for someone who feels they have strengths in running groups, being part of a team and teaching coping and social skills in a classroom setting. Hours are most typically school hours with flexibility around completing paperwork.Job Duties Include : Participate in a community-based team approach that utilize the resources of the community, consumer, and treatment team to achieve positive outcomesUtilize knowledge of clinical process to achieve positive outcomes to include evaluation, assessment, service, treatment planning, trauma focused models and intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planningManage an assigned caseload and meet the direct care billable productivity expectations of the organizationMaintain accurate service and billing record documentation that clearly communicates the services provided and consumer progressBasic Requirements : Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.Valid drivers license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportationPass criminal background check and other regulatory checksProvide proof of your educationEducation and Experience Required : A bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or other closely related Human Services areaAssociate Professional - One (1) year of professional experience with the child mental health populationQualified Professional - Two (2) years of professional experience with the child mental health populationResume must include degree earned (major & minor), graduation month & year, relevant employment dates including month and year, and populations served.A Caring Alternative, LLC a CARF accredited service provider with facilities in Asheville, Hickory, Marion, Statesville and Morganton, NC.
