Job Description
We are seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Day Treatment program. The successful candidate will provide intensive therapeutic services to children and adolescents with mental health or substance use disorder treatment needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in a community-based team approach to achieve positive outcomes
- Utilizing clinical knowledge to evaluate, assess, and develop service and treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate service and billing record documentation
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field
- Valid drivers' license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check and other regulatory checks
- Provide proof of education and relevant experience
