Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurses to join our team. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide medical care and support to patients in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in the home setting
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform basic life support measures when necessary
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in of NJ (Rn/LPN)
- Proven experience in administering injections and IV insertion
- Familiarity with medical records systems and documentation procedures
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic life support certification
