JOB TITLE: Triple P Team Lead

NON-EXEMPT, HOURLY
SUMMARY: The Triple P Team Lead will guide the Triple P Parent Educators who administer the Triple P program at A Child’s Place, PA. The Team Lead will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of individual and group training sessions, promoting the program and assisting the Parent Educators with recruiting parent/guardian participants.
The Team Lead will have experience overseeing in-home social service programs, an understanding of family systems, basic child development and discipline techniques, and community resources; possess an ability to reach out to referral sources and participants and create a relationship of mutual trust; and have strong social skills and a compassionate personality.
The ideal candidate will be confident making organizational relationships with community leaders, in order to ensure integration into the community and promote active recruitment efforts by partnering organizations. The Team Lead will carry a caseload of their own and will also be able to step in and provide the curriculum during times of need, especially during staffing transitions or emergencies. This position requires occasional evening and weekend availability, along with travel to client homes for face-to-face sessions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend Triple P training and certification sessions
- Maintain a caseload as directed by the Triple P model
- Maintain client records in an approved database
- Deliver approved assessments to clients and track outcomes
- Provide coaching (reflective supervision) to Triple P parent educators
- Oversee the maintenance of participant records in accordance with audit and contract requirements
- Complete reports for funding sources
- Collaborate with other staff, parents, and community stakeholders to promote the program
- Ensure fidelity to the Triple P curriculum though peer review with other staff members
- Maintain and document personnel files
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s preferred with a focus in education and/or social sciences with 1-3 years related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years professional experience in education and/or human services setting
- With demonstrated experience in a coaching, leadership, or supervisory role
- Combination of required education and relevant experience
- Experience recruiting and promoting programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Must have a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Act 33/34 and FBI fingerprint clearances
- Intermediate Computer/Technology skills
