Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Director role located in West Chester Area School District in Pennsylvania. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ten elementary schools, managing staff, implementing educational programs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with school district staff, parents, community partners, and stakeholders.

- Experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Organizational and Planning skills
- Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices
- Knowledge of DHS regulations
- Experience with Accreditation Standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
