We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential spaces, ensuring that each home is left in pristine condition. The House Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
- Sanitate high-touch areas to promote health and safety within the home.
- Provide custodial services that include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing spaces.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation if requested by clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care best practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
