Cleaning Crew

A Cleaner Clean LLC provides professional cleaning services for short-term rentals, residential homes, and commercial properties. Established in 2021, we currently service 40 properties, and we’re growing! If you have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, we’d love to have you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dust surfaces, blinds, and other areas

• Drive to assigned properties to provide timely and professional cleaning services

• Pay close attention to details to ensure high-quality results

• Vacuum or sweep carpets, rugs, upholstery, and floors

• Wash floors and windows

• Replace and remove used linens and towels

• Report any damages observed during cleaning

• Return used linens and equipment to the office

Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic with excellent time management and interpersonal skills

• - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, standing for long periods)

• Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons

Scheduling Options:

• Full-time

• Part-time

• Per diem

• “Mother’s Hours” (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.60 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
