Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer questions about our products and services, providing guidance on the best solutions to meet customers' needs
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service or related role preferred
