- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of customers' garments using a company-provided van.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 20 lbs of clothing repeatedly throughout the day.
- Contribute to business growth by expanding our pick-up and delivery routes through daily sales and marketing techniques.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Customer service experience.
- Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.
- Positive attitude and a great smile.
$16 per hour plus commission on weekly sales and new customer bonuses.
