Description :
The Sr. Human Resources Recruiter researches, develops and implements effective recruiting strategies while collaborating with managers and supervisors to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for ACOF. In addition, they will work with the Director of HR and Administration, to executinging on human resources strategies and organizational objectives around recruiting / sourcing for both internal and external candidates, DEI related initiatives and Learning and Development.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manages collaboration with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Manages postings to external sites. Manages effectiveness of external postings.
- Manages recruitment process through offer and background.
- Screens applications and works with hiring managers to select qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials including training of hiring team members.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff during the offer process, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures hiring team compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies including Applicant Flow and EEO recruiting data.
- Plans and facilitates recruiting sessions and events.
- Maintains listing of approved positions along with appropriate job requisitions. Maintains HR Scorecard.
- Prepares offer letters and subsequent new hire paperwork required for background checks and post offer processes.
- Submits and ensures completion of employee background and related checks.
- Ensures on-boarding process is executed timely and completely coordinating with staff as required.
- Assists with human resource information system (Paylocity) records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
- Responds to routine inquiries regarding the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Research and resolve problems related to Paylocity and timekeeping systems.
- Assists with HR investigations and other related functions, if needed.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
