Insurance Coordinator / Front Office Representative
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, outgoing individual, has a professional speaking voice, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly and efficiently.
As an insurance coordinator, you will be verifying patient's insurance eligibility, calculating co-pays, sending and troubleshooting insurance claims, sending pre-treatment estimates, discussing treatment plans and copays with patients, entering insurance payments, and billing patients.
You will often time also be the first point of contact in our practice, a candidate will be calling existing patients to schedule hygiene and restorative appointments, taking payments, verifying insurance eligibility, and performing other administrative tasks. This would include multitasking, answering multiple lines phones, gathering and recording information, and attention to detail. We are also looking for a qualified candidate to cross-train and assist the doctors with procedures.
On-site training is provided. Experience is preferred but not required.
Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, Tuesday 1:00-8:00. We see patients every other Friday.
