Quest Diagnostics seeks Oracle HCM Project Manager. This position is 100% remote but the successful candidate must be in the Eastern Time Zone. As a member of the Time and Attendance project team you will be responsible for providing functional expertise in the area of payroll back office transformation aligning processes to meet business objectives. Will be responsible for testing and reporting results. This position will also serve as a subject-matter expert and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all Payroll processes by reviewing procedures, analyzing issues and trends, and recommending solutions. The successful candidate will also assist with special projects and system implementations. The role is responsible for supporting complex payroll / time collection projects (, reorganizations) and supporting technical upgrades as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to express themselves clearly in written and verbal formats, lead project meetings and ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project status and outcomes. Required Education, Experience, & Skills -Bachelor's Degree w / 3 years OR equivalent experience with the Oracle Cloud HCM module-Payroll - time and attendance project management experience a plus-Analyze large volumes of data when converting payroll systems-SME in payroll time and attendance -SmartSheet Experience (preferred)-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
