Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, weeding, trimming and mulching to maintain healthy plants and garden areas.
• Support landscape installation efforts by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
• Participate in projects such as Spring & Fall Clean ups as well as general maintenance.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of tools and vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

• Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance principles.
• Ability to operate and maintain various equipment.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and management.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 48 per week

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
