Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a rapidly growing local landscaping company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding landscaping and lawn maintenance services to clients.
• Schedule estimates for project managers (must be knowledgeable of the Santa Rosa and Escambia county area).
• Analyze customer needs and answer accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using tracking sheets.
• Make notes on each account after every call.
• Process payments using online CSR.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service and resolve issues.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing call volumes effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Santa Rosa and Escambia county is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping is required.
• Basic knowledge in landscaping services , lawn maintenance and irrigation is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Must have computer with internet access.
• Must be willing to come into the office every Friday for meeting.
• Must be flexible to come into the office for additional office tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
