As a Landscape Supervisor at A Cut Above Landscaping & Excavation, you will lead a team of dedicated landscape laborers in executing various landscaping projects. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, mulching, pruning, and irrigation management.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely by crew members during projects.
- Collaborate with management to plan project timelines and resource allocation effectively.
- Monitor project progress and quality to meet customer expectations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and any changes needed.
- Assist in the development of new landscaping designs or improvements based on client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping or related field with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members alike.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with hardscaping techniques is a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.17 - $26.77 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No nights
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
