We are a growing landscaping company looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our team as Landscape Laborers. With a diverse range of skills such as masonry, machine work, machine operation, labor, hardscaping, mowing, mulching, and pruning, our team members have the opportunity to develop and expand their skillsets while working alongside experienced professionals. Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, planting, weeding, and basic up keep of properties
- Tasks also include working aside our specialty crew which focuses on hardscaping, masonry, plant design, and whole yard transformations
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscape equipment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a truck with a trailer
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong work ethic, commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
