  • Provides and coordinates skilled home care services including the necessary documentation regarding client care according to the client plan of treatment.
  • Successfully communicates with the office, physicians and other agencies providing services to a client.
  • Provides clinical direction and supervision to the Home Health Aide(s) and LPN(s) providing care to the client.
  • Requirements :
  • Vent experience or ability to train with client.
  • A thorough understanding of confidentiality.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or LPN, eligible to practice in the State of Michigan.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of home health nursing and caregiving.
  • Willing and able to meet the agency need for professional nursing services.
  • Positive, professional interpersonal skills.
  • Meets CEU requirements for licensure.
  • Salary Range :

    • Licensed Practical Nurse starting $28.00 / hr.

    Registered Nurse starting $32.00 / hr.
