LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER
A&D Landscaping is a great place to work with flexible scheduling and opportunities for future advancement. We are seeking a full time seasonal position (40-50 hrs./week) Landscape Crew Member. Applicant to have a positive, hard working attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to situations in a quick and efficient manner. Landscape experience preferred but not required. Pay range of $14-$17/hr. DOE.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Follow project instructions from crew foreman and execute all tasks quickly and efficiently.
* Become proficient at landscape installations.
*Perform Grading & Leveling applications for landscape applications.
*Install Residential and Commercial landscape designs; which include the installation of plants, sod, shrubs, trees, mulch, soil, stone, crushed rock, and other landscape materials.
*Operate motorized machines: Trucks, dump trailers, skid steers, tractors, compactors & power tools associated with landscaping activities.
*Communicate with others and ensure that excellent customer service is always provided.
*Participate in training and in continuing education courses, and have a desire to become more familiar with the industry best practices and trends.
* Continually adhere to our Company’s policies and procedures.
