A&D Mortgage - Financial Holding Company successfully providing residential and commercial loans for more than 20 years, based in Florida.
We represent our A service in states but are striving to obtain licenses in every State of the US and to become a Nationwide Mortgage Lender. Our employees are our most valuable resource, and their knowledge and expertise play an important role in achieving our client’s goals.

A: You need to know how to approach your client, and to be able to reliably make good impressions in a business-to-business setting; moreover, you need to be focused on the long-term perspective of your work and be eager to build your own network of clients – to increase your revenue.

A: You will reach out to our potential partners that we find for you to contact and establish your own network of clients that will continue bringing you income month by month and year by year – your work matters.

A: This is an office job in a comfortable and modern environment; we operate on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – we value your personal life outside of work.

Q: How much will I earn?
A: Compensation consists of a base pay rate and a fair commission structure with fixed income for each successful deal – ensuring your financial stability and growth.

A: At the beginning of your career, you will attend a full course of our training provided by our corporate trainer; then our supportive team leader will personally help you adapt to the work process.
