Overall Responsibility :
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, promoting, and maintaining our company's employer brand, both internally and externally. Your primary objective will be to attract, engage, and retain top talent by creating a compelling employer value proposition and showcasing the unique culture of our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employer Branding Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's values, culture, and business goals.
- Recruitment Marketing : Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to create and distribute engaging content (videos, blog posts, social media updates) that attracts potential candidates and highlights our organization's unique work environment.
- Internal Culture Advocate : Work closely with internal teams to understand and communicate the company culture, ensuring it is consistently reflected in all external branding materials and recruitment initiatives.
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP) : Define and articulate our EVP to ensure a consistent message across all HR and recruiting channels. Promote a positive and authentic employer image to both current and potential employees.
- Social Media & Online Presence : Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.), fostering positive relationships with candidates and the broader professional community.
- Talent Attraction Campaigns : Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to design and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns that reach desired talent pools and generate candidate interest.
- Partnerships & Events :
- Build relationships with universities, industry partners, and other organizations to increase the company's visibility among potential candidates.
- Organize or participate in career fairs, employer brand events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Metrics & Analytics : Track and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns and strategies using analytics tools and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
